well maybe that is true.
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.

A million times I needed you,
a million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you
you never would have died.

In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place
no one could ever fill.

If tears could build a stairway
and heartache make a lane,
I'd walk the path to heaven
and bring you back again.

Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again.

In loving memory to our first Great Dane, Harley. Having had the unforgettable opportunity to have her as part
of our family and love her showed us what incredible creatures Great Danes are. And so the deep love, passion, and
obsession with these Gentle Giants began. Beau was our first blue and was tragically taken from us in an
unfortunate accident. Their absence still leaves a hole in our hearts and no other Dane will have the same unique
quirks and personalities as they did. They will never be replaced; only sadly missed and never forgotten.
This page is also dedicated to the Dane's that we have adopted out for the past 14 years. We are eternally grateful
and thankful to all the families that have given our Dane puppies loving and caring homes to grow up in; to
become a 'big' part of their families lives. Words can never express how difficult and heart-breaking it is to loose
one of these 'Gentle Giants', they take up such a big place in your heart, that it is hard to fill it back up. But the
love and fond memories of the short time we have the privilege of having them be part of our families will forever
live on in our hearts.
